Kayci Leigh grew up watching her father from 1993 to today become one of the top Real Estate Agents in Pierce County. In 2001, she decided to became a second generation REALTOR and joined ERA NW Properties with Terry Leigh & Team LLC in Lakewood, WA. With this opportunity she was able to learn residential sales working with a successful team representing first time home buyers, investment properties, new construction, vacant land, commercial, multi-family units, equestrian properties, luxury homes and more. Our team averaged 100+ home sales per year.
In 2005, she was recruited to become an Account Manager in the Title Insurance and Escrow industry. With her established real estate connections, experience and knowledge of real estate she accepted the opportunity and became one of the top Title & Escrow Representatives in Pierce County.

Kayci worked from 2005-2014 for 3 Title Companies; Rainier Title Co., Attorney’s Title and CW Title in Pierce County. The title and escrow business brought her another level of knowledge and experience that about 90% of her real estate competitors in Pierce County just doesn’t have.

Kayci worked with some of the most well-known Real Estate Agents, Builders, Investors, Loan Officers and Mortgage Brokers. Her job was not only to educate her clients about title and escrow but become the resource or “go to” for other services such as 1031 Exchanges, foreclosures, HUD Homes, short sales, Real Estate Legal Services, property information, courtesy signer for closings, TAPCAR, WCR and PSMLA active affiliate and a licensed real estate clock hour instructor.

For the last 18 years Kayci has continued to do what she loves, taking great care of her clients by extending her knowledge, experience, resources, connections and general willingness to always help. Ultimately she considers her greatest achievement is a reputation of honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity she holds to every client she has an opportunity to serve.
